The Beauty Of Observation is a publication that seeks to capture the essence of finding solace in the act of recording thoughts, reflections and observations into sketchbooks.

As the narrator translates their musings into words and images, the pages of the sketchbook serve as a sanctuary for self-discovery and growth. Each entry delves into the depths of human experience, from the beauty of nature to the complexities of existence, from the joys of coming-of-age to the pains of loss. The sketchbook encapsulates the entirety of life from the perspective of the narrator.

Like many sketchbooks, the images in this publication reflect on the hazy and abstract memories of the narrator through a mixture of illustration and photography, also showing the overlaying of memories and thoughts.

The driving force behind creating this publication stems from my personal experience as an artist and designer. I envisioned it as a opportunity to not only express my passion for sketchbooking and journaling but also to share the profound insights and emotions that accompany this creative process.

With an open heart and a keen eye for the beauty that envelops us, I invite readers to join me on this journey of exploration and introspection.
